TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to PERIGON! Before using our services, please read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms set out the conditions of your use of PERIGON services and are to be read in conjunction with:
The terms and conditions which apply to your use of the PERIGON booking platform, and;
The PERIGON-owned website and application terms of use, which apply to your use of our website or app.
These Terms govern your use of the PERIGON-owned website and application (collectively referred to as this “site”), PERIGON social media pages, products, and services, including the purchase of PERIGON passes and memberships, cancellation of purchases, registration for sessions, purchase of products, communication with PERIGON, and use of our studios.
By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms appropriately and also accept PERIGON's Privacy Policy.

OVERVIEW
PERIGON PROJECTS, INC ("PERIGON") manages and operates this site.
By using our site and by becoming a member with PERIGON, you agree to abide by all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. This includes any additional terms and policies referenced herein or subsequently provided through hyperlinks, notices, instructions, or waivers in our facility.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
We may update these Terms to improve our products and services. Please be aware that we reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion, with or without notice to the User. Any changes will be effective immediately upon public posting, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.
USE OF SITE BY MINORS
The use of the site by minors is subject to certain conditions. Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the site unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who has registered for the site. For those under 16 years old who wish to participate in PERIGON sessions, registration must be completed in person at one of our studios, and a New Client Waiver Form signed by a parent or legal guardian is required.
It is our policy not to knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 16. Therefore, if you are under 16 years old, please refrain from attempting to register for the site or providing any personal information. In the event that we become aware of having collected personal information from a child under 16, we will promptly delete such data from our records.
If you suspect that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, kindly contact us at STUDIO@PERIGON.CO for appropriate action.
For individuals aged 16 years or older, registration for the site and participation in any PERIGON session are permissible. However, we reserve the right to request identification to verify age before granting entry into any session.
PERIGON APPLICATION
Account Creation and Usage
To access the PERIGON website for session reservations and purchases, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. Completion of necessary information such as your first name, last name, and contact number upon sign up is required to fully activate the account. All registration information must be accurate, complete, and regularly updated. Your PERIGON account is non-transferable, and sharing it without prior written permission is prohibited.
Purchases and Reservations
To reserve a spot in a PERIGON session, you must purchase a single pass, a pass package, or a membership through the website. Credit card information is required for purchasing passes or memberships, with charges processed at the time of purchase. The company reserves the right to refuse purchases made with incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit cards. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of services, with associated costs incurred by PERIGON for collection. All sales are final, and refunds are not provided.
STUDIO POLICIES
Session Attendance
You agree to sign our agreement and liability waiver before attending your first PERIGON session. Purchased passes are valid for reserving spots in all PERIGON studios and are non-refundable. Each pass, package, or membership has an expiration date specified on the site.
You must be physically present and checked in 5 minutes prior to the start of the session or your spot may be released to a waitlisted client and you will be counted as a “no-show” for that session. No exceptions. First-time clients must arrive 20 minutes before the start of their session for a mandatory briefing on safety, bike setup, and studio policies.
If you are recovering from injury or illness, you must notify the instructor prior to the session start time. All pregnant clients must have a clearance from their doctor, in writing, prior to a PERIGON session. If you plan on leaving a session early, we kindly request that you inform the instructor beforehand. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
Booking Cancellation Policy
To maintain session efficiency and accommodate other clients, we uphold a strict 12-hour late cancellation and no-show policy. To cancel your bike reservation, you can conveniently log into your PERIGON account and click "cancel" next to the session you wish to cancel. Failure to cancel 12 hours in advance will result in being charged as if you attended; a pass will be forfeited for those on a session membership and pass package. For Unlimited Memberships and the New Client Special, failure to cancel before the 12-hour period will incur a fee of ₱750 to your set payment method. The fee or the forfeiture of the session, will be automatic and immediate, without the need to demand or inform.
This policy includes switching time slots under the 12-hour late cancellation window. You can cancel or modify your booking through our booking platform. Timely cancellations allow us to prepare adequately and open up spots to others on the waitlist. If you no longer plan to attend after joining a waitlist, please cancel your spot.
If you have purchased the New Client Special with cash, any late cancellation or no-show will result in the forfeiture of the package, and you will not be allowed to make further bookings.
Waitlist Policy
We operate a waitlist for PERIGON sessions. If a session is full, you can join the waitlist. You will be notified by email and app notification if you are added to the session. If you are signed up for a session and are not in attendance 5 minutes prior to the start of the session (20 minutes for first-time riders), your bike may be given to someone on the waitlist, and the Booking Cancellation Policy will apply.
In joining the waitlist, it is your responsibility to keep updated with its status. If a spot becomes available to you, you will automatically be part of the session and notified via email.
If you are confirmed from the waitlist but don’t attend, or not present 5 minutes prior to the session (20 minutes for first-time clients), your spot may be given to a waitlisted client who is present. If you no longer wish to take the session, please remove yourself from the waitlist in fairness to others. If you fail to remove yourself before the 12-hour cancellation window, the cancellation policy above will take effect.
Lateness Policy
Clients are required to arrive and sign in at least five minutes before the scheduled start time. Spots may be released five minutes before the session begins, prioritizing those on time and waitlisted individuals. For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we cannot permit entry into a session after the lights are turned off and the warm-up track has started, which means there will be no entry once the session has commenced. Arriving late to the session will result in being marked as a “no-show,” and, for session memberships and pass packages, will result in the forfeiture of a pass. For Unlimited Memberships and the New Client Special, the P750 late cancellation/no-show fee still applies. This policy is in place to prioritize safety and prevent disruptions during the session. First-time clients must arrive at least 20 minutes before the session for orientation and bike setup. If you arrive less than 20 minutes before the session, you may be denied entry as it may not be feasible to conduct a late briefing, especially during a busy session. No exceptions. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
Personal Belongings
While lockers are provided, PERIGON will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
MEMBERSHIPS AND PASS PACKAGES
PASS PACKAGES
Pass Expiry
Passes and memberships have specified expiry dates, indicated on the site and your receipt. Session passes are honored until the expiration date, regardless of any price increases. Cancellation of a session booking is permitted up to 12 hours before the scheduled session. After this time, spent passes will be forfeited.
The validity of your pass package, except the Casual Drop-In Pass, starts from first confirmed booking. It’s important to remember that you can only book sessions ahead of your first confirmed booking and within the validity period of your pass package. Once the pass package has expired, you will no longer be able to book sessions using it.
Expiration of pass packages can be found on the App. Promotional pass packages may carry different validity periods. Validity Extension passes may be purchased to extend the validity of regular pass packages for an additional 7days from the expiry date. These validity extensions can be stacked to lengthen the validity period beyond 7 days. The extension may only be applied to active pass packages and cannot be applied to the New Client Special. Once a pass package expires, it will no longer be valid for use and there will be no refund options available. Please refer to your purchase screen for specific details related to pass package promotions.
All Pass Packages are non-refundable.
Solo and Share Pass Packages
Solo Pass Packages are non-shareable and intended for own use only. Clients are only allowed one (1) booking per session using this package. Using of passes by other persons other than the account holder is strictly prohibited. Guest will be denied entry to the session and pass used will be forfeited.
Share Packages are shareable through Multiple Bike Booking with up to 3 additional guests per session. Multiple Bike Booking requests must be made at least 48 hours of the session through the Multiple Bike Booking form, available upon request. Pass transfers can be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Multiple Bike Booking
Clients may book up to 4 spots within a session through the Multiple Bike Booking Request Form, available upon request via studio@perigon.co. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the session they wish to book. Cancellation and lateness policies still apply if the request has been approved. Cancellations for multiple spot bookings must be done at least 12 hours before the session start time. Failure to cancel 12 hours in advance will result in being charged as if you attended and forfeiture of the pass.
New Client Special
The New Client Special is a package offered exclusively to first-time PERIGON clients and is limited to one redemption per person. It provides unlimited sessions for 10 consecutive days, valid from the date of first use. The package is for personal use only and cannot be shared; clients may book only one spot per session. Any late cancellation or no-show will result in the forfeiture of the New Client Special, and no further bookings will be permitted.
REFUND POLICY AND PASS TRANSFERS
All passes and memberships are non-refundable and considered final purchases. Official Receipts may be issued upon request via studio@perigon.co within the same month of purchase. Pass transfers to another person are allowed only for Share Packs. Transfers are to be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase and remaining passes must be used before the expiry date. To initiate a transfer, notify us via email at STUDIO@PERIGON.CO.
ROLLOVER POLICY
Unused sessions do not rollover. All unused sessions will be lost at the end of each billing cycle.
MEMBERSHIP AND PASS PACKAGE TERMINATIONS
PERIGON, in our sole discretion, may terminate your membership or pass package effective immediately for the following reasons:
Failure to settle any payment on its due date without any remedy to address the failed payment within five (5) days;
A breach of the Terms outlined in this document that is not remedied within 20 days of receiving a written notice from Management, and;
An accumulation of a total of seven (7) or more late cancellations/no-shows within a 21-day period.
Upon termination of these Terms, the following will take effect depending on circumstance:
For Memberships, termination is effective immediately and all amounts due and owed to us must be paid.
For Pass Packages, all unused sessions will be forfeited immediately and no refunds will be issued.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You are allowed to have only one account on our website. While each account is allowed to be used by a single user. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account details with any third parties.
RETAIL AND MERCHANDISE
At PERIGON, we adhere to the following policies regarding retail and merchandise:
All sales of retail and merchandise are final and non-refundable.
Exchange Policy: Unworn, unsoiled, and tagging still intact (excluding sale items, if any) may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.
Sale Items: Sales on discounted merchandise are final; no exchanges or refunds will be provided.
Occasionally, PERIGON may offer sales on merchandise and other products at our discretion.
PERIGON X MABUHAY MILES PARTNERSHIP
Promotion Period: November 15. 2024 to November 15, 2025

Mechanics and How to Redeem:
Present your Mabuhay Miles membership card (physical or digital) at the time of payment to avail of the discount.
The Mabuhay Miles membership card must be presented at the time of purchase. Discounts will not apply to memberships purchased prior to the start of this partnership.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, including other partnerships, and senior citizen and PWD discounts.
Only one Mabuhay Miles membership card can be used per transaction.
All purchases made under this partnership are subject to the terms and conditions of PERIGON, available in the PERIGON app.
The P500 discount can only be redeemed once per type of class package.
The last day to purchase under this promotion is November 15, 2025.
Terms and Conditions:
PERIGON and Mabuhay Miles and reserve the right to modify, add to, or remove any terms of this promotion, or terminate the promotion at any time, at their reasonable discretion.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Service Modifications
PERIGON may modify or discontinue services without prior notice. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, or discontinuance of services.
Product Usage and Restrictions
All product orders are for personal use only, and resale or distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited. PERIGON reserves the right to reject or cancel orders suspected of commercial intent. Users are responsible for providing accurate purchase and account information.
Use of Services and Products
Services and products are for personal, non-commercial use and must comply with applicable laws. Unlawful use of services or products is prohibited. Users must not share account credentials and are responsible for account security.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The trademarks and trade dress of PERIGON are exclusive property of PERIGON and may only be used by you as expressly permitted in these Terms. All content, design, text, graphics, interfaces, software, and their arrangement on the site are the property of PERIGON or are duly licensed to PERIGON. You have the right to view, electronically copy, and print portions of the site solely for making session reservations, purchases, or personal use.
Any use of materials on the site beyond the purposes mentioned above, including modification, distribution, or reproduction, without prior written permission/consent from PERIGON, is strictly prohibited.
You acknowledge that PERIGON and/or third-party content providers retain ownership of all materials on the site, and you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading, copying, or using such materials in accordance with these Terms. PERIGON reserves the right to discontinue or remove the site, or any part thereof, and may discontinue your right to use the site, or any part thereof, at any time.
Users are not authorized to sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform, display, report, or create derivative works based on any of PERIGON's materials for public or commercial purposes. Therefore, you are not allowed to (i) resell or commercially use this site or its contents; (ii) collect or use any product listings, descriptions, photographs, or prices from this site for the sale or resale of any PERIGON products or for other commercial purposes; or (iii) create, reproduce, and/or distribute any material derived from the content provided on this site.
Additionally, PERIGON's material may not be displayed or communicated on any other site, in a networked computer environment, or other digital support for any purpose whatsoever.
In the event of a breach of these Terms, your permission to use PERIGON's material will automatically be revoked, and any copies of such material must be immediately destroyed.
Unauthorized use of PERIGON's material may subject you to criminal and civil liability for infringement of copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy or publicity laws, and communication regulations and statutes.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
All information, goods, services, products, and experiences provided by PERIGON are offered on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied representations and warranties. PERIGON does not guarantee that its products or programs will always yield the desired results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances and legal theory, including tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, will PERIGON be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of physical amenities, equipment, and services, or digital use of the site or any linked/third-party website. This includes damages resulting from your purchase of PERIGON passes, cancellation of session purchases, registration for session, purchase of merchandise, communication with PERIGON, and your use of and attendance at PERIGON's studios. Such damages may include but are not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, business interruptions, loss of programs, accuracy of results, computer failure or malfunction, or other data on your information handling systems, even if PERIGON had been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if any claims had been waived by you previously in these Terms.
HEALTH WARNING
You are aware that indoor cycling and exercise equipment involve inherent risks and dangers associated with the strenuous nature of PERGION session and facility use. Despite the efforts made to ensure safety, some risks cannot be completely eliminated. You recognize that fitness activities, services, and the use of equipment involve certain dangers that no level of care, caution, instruction, or expertise can fully prevent. Specifically, you understand that engaging in strenuous exercise may result in risks such as abnormal blood pressure, irregular heart rate, fainting, rhabdomyolysis or even heart attack. Additionally, you acknowledge that unforeseen accidents may occur, and you assume all risks associated with these potential incidents. You also understand that equipment could malfunction, be defective, or fail during use.
By choosing to participate in our sessions and activities, you confirm that: (a) you do not have any medical or physical condition that would prevent you from safely using PERIGON's sessions and facilities, (b) you are not aware of any physical or mental condition that could pose a risk to your health, and (c) you have not been advised by a doctor to refrain from physical exercise. (d) you have read, completely understood, and voluntarily executed the Waiver and New Client Waiver; You further acknowledge that if you have any chronic conditions or disabilities, you are assuming the risks associated with using PERIGON's services and facilities, and should refrain from participating in any session if such conditions are present. By signing up for and/or attending sessions, events, activities, and other programs, and using the premises, facilities, and equipment of PERIGON and its subsidiaries, you assume all such risks and release PERIGON from any and all claims for damages or liability on account of the foregoing.
Our sessions and services may include health and fitness information or guidance. This content is intended for informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical care or treatment. If you have any concerns or issues regarding your health, we please seek advice and guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
At PERIGON, we value the significance of each session, client, and community member. Our ultimate aim is to deliver exceptional experiences that surpass your expectations. However, if, for any reason, your experience falls short of your expectations, we sincerely request the opportunity to address and resolve any issues that may arise. To initiate this process, please reach out to us at STUDIO@PERIGON.CO and include the following information:
(1) Your name,
(2) Your address,
(3) A detailed description of your concerns, and
(4) A clear explanation of the specific relief you seek.
By sharing your feedback with us, you enable us to take appropriate actions and continuously improve our services. We are committed to making every effort to ensure your satisfaction with PERIGON and look forward to hearing from you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PERIGON and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages (both actual and consequential), losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or in connection with any third-party claims related to:
(a) Your use of the services, including any actions taken by a third party using your account, and any products (including the bike), and
(b) Your violation of these Terms.
By agreeing to this indemnification, you accept responsibility for addressing and covering any claims or liabilities that may arise due to the mentioned circumstances. This clause aims to protect PERIGON and its associated entities in case of any legal claims arising from your use of the services and products or any violations of the agreed-upon terms.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the site to purchase PERIGON passes and memberships, register for a PERIGON session, purchase merchandise, and/or attend a PERIGON session, you indicate your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the site for the actions mentioned above.
Occasional updates may be made to these Terms to reflect changes in PERIGON's policies. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms on our site. It is the user's responsibility to check our site periodically for any changes. Your continued use of or access to our services after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms, along with other separate Terms under which we provide services, are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
