BOOKINGS

  • Yes, it's a must. Pre-registration ensures you have a seamless experience in every session. Booking is a breeze on our app.

  • Say goodbye to the Sunday noon class booking rush.

With a constant 7-day booking window, you can efficiently plan your week. The window progresses daily, allowing you to book classes up to seven days in advance.

Bookings go live every day at noon.

  • You can split regular packages with up to three (3) other accounts within 48 hours of purchase. This allows you to share classes with family and friends.

Simply direct message or email us after your purchase, and we’ll process your request promptly.

  • Yes, we understand the importance of accommodating multiple bike bookings for certain clients. Here's how you can do it:

    1. Reach out to PERIGON via Instagram direct messaging or email at karen@perigon.co / andie@perigon.co. Please provide the following details:

    - Date and time of the class

    - Name/s of the guest/s

    - Spot/s or seat number/s

    2. Please note that a maximum of four (4) bikes can be booked for a single class. We'll consider multiple bike booking requests if submitted at least 48 hours before the class starts. Requests made within 48 hours of the class may or may not be accommodated.

    3. The 12-hour cancellation policy remains in effect.

  • Nope! However, we do have a Drop-In rate available. It’s 1,095 PHP for 1 in-studio ride. If you’re ready to commit, we also have a New Client Special (NCS) that is only available to first-time guests. It’s 1,995 PHP for unlimited sessions for 10 days. This offer is limited solely to the intended recipient and may not be transferred, assigned or otherwise conveyed to a third party.

It’s worth noting that NCS holders are permitted one late cancellation or no-show. A second late cancellation or no-show will result in the deactivation of the NCS, and you will no longer be able to book sessions with it.

  • Absolutely! Our New Client Special (NCS) is designed just for first-timers. For just 1,995 PHP, you can enjoy unlimited sessions for 10 days. We understand that it takes a few sessions to fully grasp the workout, and our NCS is the ideal package to help you navigate the learning curve effectively. It's like a golden ticket to your fitness journey.

It’s important to note that NCS holders are permitted one late cancellation or no-show. A second late cancellation or no-show will result in the deactivation of the NCS, and you will no longer be able to book sessions with it.

  • Each Drop-In pass is good for one class only. If you want multiple spots, check out our regular packages that are shareable and reach out to studio@perigon.co for assistance with booking multiple spots per class.

  • 1. Open the PERIGON App.

    2. Tap 'Profile', then 'Edit' (top right corner).

    3. Update your info and agree to the liability waiver.

No luck? Email us at studio@perigon.co, and we'll sort it out pronto.

  • The New Client Special (NCS) is valid for 10 days starting from the first use. NCS holders can only book sessions starting from the date of their first booked class. For example, if your first class is on the 5th, you can book subsequent classes only from the 5th onwards and not before (e.g., the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th).

The expiry date of your pass package begins from the first use (except for the Casual package). You can only book sessions within the validity period of your pass package. Once the package expires, you will no longer be able to book sessions with it.

  • To book classes and select a spot, please use our mobile app. Keep in mind that spot selection is exclusive to the app. If you're new to PERIGON, choosing a spot at the back might provide extra comfort, helping you feel and follow the rhythm of the group. Please note that to maintain the flow and integrity of the class, the bike positions of new riders may be adjusted as needed.

You can modify or cancel your spot using the mobile app as well.

  • No worries, join the Waitlist! The sooner you join, the better your chances.

By joining the Waitlist, you are committing to this spot. It is your responsibility to monitor your position on the Waitlist. We will not remind you to check your spot. If a spot becomes available and you are at the top of the Waitlist, you will automatically be placed in that spot and notified via email.

If you no longer wish to take the class, please remove yourself from the Waitlist in fairness to other clients. If you do not remove yourself before the cancellation window, you will be subject to the cancellation policy below.

If you do not get into the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. Remember to cancel your waitlist request if you no longer wish to attend the class.

  • Need to ditch the Waitlist? You may also do it easily through our mobile app.

  • You can cancel your spot up to 12 hours before the start time of class with no penalty. Otherwise, you will be charged for the class as if attended. Note that we rely on your attendance. Canceling well ahead of the 12-hour cancellation mark can better prepare us for classes and we can open your spots to other clients. If you join a Waitlist, you may be automatically added into a class, so please make sure to cancel your spot on the waitlist if you no longer plan to attend class. To cancel a class, click “Cancel” on our website and cancel via our schedule.

  • Transferring of booked bikes to another class on the same day is restricted outside the late cancellation window. Cancel within the timeframe to get your pass back.

  • Yes. We've got you covered there too.

  • Yes, we take cash, but we're aiming to go cashless. BDO Bank Transfer or GCash is preferred.

CLASS EXPERIENCE

  • No, we do not offer a specific beginner class. However, we run IGNITE sessions every Monday evenings—PERIGON classes dialed down to 75% intensity of a normal class and a great opportunity to ease into the Community with full confidence. Otherwise, all our classes are designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. Our instructors provide modifications throughout each session, allowing you to customize the workout based on your own abilities. You are in control of the intensity of your class. Feel free to set your own pace and enjoy the experience.

For first-time and beginner riders, we recommend choosing bikes towards the back of the bike room. This positioning helps you feel and follow the rhythm of the group. Please note that to maintain the flow and integrity of the class, the bike positions of new riders may be adjusted as needed.

  • For first-time attendees, please arrive and check-in at least 30 minutes before the class starts. This allows us to welcome you, address any questions, and help get you set up for your first class.

Unfortunately, once the lights are off and the warm-up track has started, entry into the class is not permitted. This policy is in place to maintain safety, minimize disruptions, and respect our instructors' efforts in delivering a consistent 45-minute session. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality, as it contributes to a positive experience for all participants.

  • Our classes typically last for 45 minutes. Trust us, it's a sufficient duration to get a great workout and experience the full benefits.

  • We recommend up to 3-4 classes a week to see maximum benefit. Always listen to your body and leave at least one day in between classes for your body to recover.

  • Yes, you can participate in a class if you're returning from an injury. However, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare professional to ensure it is safe for you to engage in physical activity. Additionally, please inform our instructors about your injury before the class begins. This will allow them to provide appropriate modifications or adjustments to accommodate your needs during the session.

  • Yes, participating in light cycling can be a beneficial way to prepare for a healthy delivery and maintain fitness during pregnancy. However, it's crucial to consult with your doctor or healthcare provider before taking a class. Additionally, please inform your instructor that you are pregnant, as they can provide guidance and modifications to ensure your safety and comfort during the session.

If you have never tried rhythmic cycling before and you are pregnant, we recommend waiting until you have received clearance for fitness activities before attempting a new fitness modality. Prioritizing your health and the well-being of your baby is paramount.

  • To attend a class, individuals must be at least 14 years old, accompanied by an adult. For participants who wish to attend a class alone, the minimum age requirement is 16 years old. Please ensure that you meet the age requirement before joining our classes. Please note that the height requirement to participate in a class is 4’10’’.

STUDIO

  • Yes, we offer bottled beverages for purchase at our studio. However, as an environmentally-conscious establishment, we do not provide plastic cups. Instead, we have a filtered water station available for you to fill up your own water bottle. Staying hydrated is crucial, so please remember to bring your own water bottle with you to the studio.

  • You’re more than welcome to bring your own cycling shoes, but they will always be provided at PERIGON, on the house. If you prefer to bring your own, we recommend LOOK® Delta clips, but SPDs are also compatible. Please note that, the largest cycling shoe size we have available is a US Men’s 12 or a Women’s 14.

  • Absolutely! We have convenient keypad lockers available for you to securely store your belongings during class. Additionally, we provide showers equipped with toiletries for your convenience and towels are available at the front desk upon request.

  • Our community at Santolan Town Plaza offers an array of amenities to enhance your experience. After your class, you can enjoy various options such as grabbing a coffee, indulging in delicious food, or even sipping on some beer or wine at the establishments downstairs. We strive to provide a comprehensive experience that goes beyond the workout itself. Take advantage of these additional amenities and make the most of your time with us.

  • PERIGON is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any items that have been left behind will be held in the lost and found for two weeks, at which point they will be donated.

  • Please understand that we are unable to provide the lobby as a space for unattended children. We appreciate your efforts to find alternative care situations for your children while you train with us.

  • We adore our furry friends! At our studio, we welcome dogs and are considered dog-friendly. However, it's important to note that it is your responsibility to ensure your dog's behavior does not disrupt the class. If your dog is unable to remain calm and quiet, it is your duty to calm them down or, if necessary, remove them from the studio. Please be aware that we are not liable for any incidents or interactions your dog may have, including eating, chewing, biting, licking, or smelling items in our space. We kindly ask you to consider these factors before bringing your dog into our studio.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • PERIGON Membership Hold Policy

PERIGON passes can be temporarily suspended once per calendar year, for a maximum of thirty (30) days, including travel-related holds. Subsequent hold requests are subject to Management's decision and may incur a P200/week fee. Holds are charged by the week only and cannot be charged by the day. Our team will send you a payment link for each subsequent week and you must pay in full up front before the hold is granted.

Hold requests must be made using the required Membership Hold Request Form at least 72 hours before the desired hold start date. Please inform us by emailing studio@perigon.co about the completed form. Once submitted, our team will reach out within 72 hours to confirm your request has been processed.

Drop-ins and the New Client Special package are not eligible for membership holds/extensions.

If your hold is due to health concerns or injury, provide a doctor's note, medical certificate, or similar documentation, and your hold will not count towards the permitted hold days.

  • All pass purchases are final, and refunds are not provided. However, in cases of long-term injury or relocation, we may allow the transfer of passes to another individual for a fee, at the discretion of management. The pass package being transferred must still be valid, and any remaining passes must be used before their expiry date. Please note that management's decision regarding transfers is final.
