As a CrossFit athlete and coach for five years, Mo knows a thing or two about pushing herself to her maximum. In fact, her first time with indoor cycling was far from a match made in heaven. Despite this, she rose to the challenge and eventually moved from the front row of the bike room, all the way to the podium—where she now encourages every rider to test their strengths too. Off the saddle, Mo lives a well-balanced life, making sure to dedicate enough time for quiet mornings with coffee, work, and even being a full-time cat mom. It’s no wonder that her classes (usually filled with EDM or indie pop) are equally well-planned. In 45 minutes, you get just the right amount of difficulty and fun—but a maximum amount of sweat.
