WE ARE UNDERCOVER ATHLETES
WE CREATED PERIGON FOR THE UNDERCOVER ATHLETE.
UNDERCOVER ATHLETES IDENTIFY WITH PERIGON BECAUSE WE EXPAND THE DEFINITION OF ATHLETICISM.
THEY ARE ELITE PERFORMERS IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE. WHAT WE ARE CREATING AT PERIGON GOES FAR BEYOND SMOOTH RIDES - INTO HOW THEY LIVE EACH DAY.
WE'RE BUILDING A COMMUNITY AROUND THE UNDERCOVER ATHLETE, CONNECTING THEM TO ONE ANOTHER THROUGH OUR SPACE.
This is my first time. Do I need experience?
No experience necessary. It doesn’t matter what your skill level is, or how fit you are. You can ride with us. Go at your own pace. Progress, not perfection. Come well hydrated and eat lightly 2-3 hours prior to your class.
We do recommend that you consult your doctor before participating in any strenuous activities with us.
This is my first time. How does it work when I get there?
When you walk into the studio, check in with the studio crew. They'll help you sign in for your bike, give you a tour of the studio and set up your bike with you. They’re always happy to help.
Unfortunately, we do not allow late entry to any classes for safety reasons. No exceptions will be made.
This is my first time. How do I set up my bike?
The instructor and/or studio crew will help you with setting up your bike. Give yourself time to feel comfortable on your bike, test the tension, sit and stand—every bike is different.
There are three keys to proper setup on the bike:
Bring the top of the saddle to hip bone height.
The bottom of the handlebars should be the same height as, or higher than, the top of the saddle.
SEAT FORE/AFT POSITION:
The distance between the front of the saddle and the handlebar notch should equal the length from your elbow to the top of your fingers.
How old do I have to be to participate in indoor cycling?
14 years old if accompanied by an adult. 16 years old to attend a class alone.
How do I sign the New Rider Waiver Form?
All first-time riders are required to fill out a New Rider Waiver Form online (when you register) and in person. ALL RIDERS are accountable for ensuring their waiver has been signed. All riders 18 years and under are required to have a parent/guardian sign in person.
What should I wear?
You’re here to sweat - wear something sweat-wicking and something you’re comfortable working out in. Same goes for socks. No need to bring shoes or towels. They’re on the house.
Bring a water bottle — we have filtered water stations at each studio.
No mobile phones permitted inside the studio room - turn off to tune in. You can leave them in the lockers. Please note that PERIGON is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
The studio is a fragrance free zone, so please refrain from wearing perfume or other heavily scented products as some clients are highly allergic.
Do you have water? Do I bring my own?
All you need to bring is your water bottle. We know you’ll be sweating hard, so all our studios have filtered water stations. Hydration is key.
Can I bring my own indoor cycling shoes?
Indoor cycling shoes that clip into the bike’s pedals will ALWAYS be provided, on the house. If you prefer to bring your own pair: we recommend Look Delta clips.
Do cycling shoes really make a difference? What kind should I get?
Cycling shoes secure your foot to the pedals for maximum efficiency and power. You pedal in full circles—push, then pull. While our pedals are SPD-SL compatible, we recommend shoes with Look Delta clips.
How early should I arrive at PERIGON?
If it's your first time, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your class to get acquainted and set up. Let the front desk crew know it’s your first ride. If you’re a regular, 10 minutes before class will do.
The worst is feeling rushed before class. If you do not sign at least 5 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released and we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry into class as priority is then given to those who are waitlisted and present.
Unfortunately, we do not allow late entry to any classes for safety reasons. No exceptions will be made.
What happens if I’m late for class?
Arriving on time - if not early - is a best practice to get set up and in zone for class. Doors open 15 minutes before the start of class and are closed when class begins. A timely arrival will also ensure you get your workout in.
In fairness to all customers, if you have not signed in at least 5 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released, and we cannot guarantee that you will be let into the class. Priority is given to standby guests who are present.
Unfortunately, we do not allow late entry to any classes as it is too disruptive to the rest of the class and for safety reasons (sorry, but it's for your own safety!). No exceptions will be made.
How do I check in?
If you have booked online (recommended) look for the sign-in sheet at the front desk and look for your name and bike number. Check the map to see where your bike is in the studio. If you haven’t signed in, we’ll assume you’re not around. If you still haven’t signed in 5 minutes prior to class, we’ll give the bike up for others. We encourage all-first-time riders to choose bikes toward the back of the class so that they can feel and follow the rhythm of the pack. New riders’ bike positions may be moved to keep rides going smoothly, and with integrity.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. It's important for us to know who's riding with us and to have your contact information.
My friends and I want to take our first class together. Do we need to create our own accounts to sign up?
Yes, each new rider must create an account and fill out a New Rider Waiver Form (available in all studios) before their first class. From one account, you can book up to three bikes per class.
Classes are not transferable to other riders' accounts.
Do you have locker rooms and showers?
All PERIGON studios have keycode lockers, where you can store your gear during class. We also have showers, stocked with toiletries, as well as filtered water stations.
Is there a beginner class?
Not at the moment, but all of our classes are open to all fitness levels. You’re in control of how tough your ride will be - set your own pace and have fun. We encourage all first-time and beginner riders to choose bikes toward the back of the studio so that they can feel and follow the rhythm of the pack.
Where are your studios?
PERIGON has two fully operational studio at Santolan Town Plaza (San Juan) and Festival Mall’s New Expansion (Alabang).
How do I book a class?
Each PERIGON studio offers multiple classes a day, seven days a week. Booking opens at noon (12 pm) every Monday. Pending an available bike, rides can be booked any time before the last 1 hour leading up to the ride. Register for a class on the next day (Tuesday) through Monday of the following week.
To book a bike, you must have paid passes in your account. If you’re new, you must create an account. Once registered, you can purchase passes here. One pass equals one ride. After purchasing passes, you can book a bike. Booking a bike includes choosing a bike in the studio. We encourage all beginner riders to choose bikes towards the back of the class so that they can feel and follow the rhythm of the pack. New riders’ bike positions may be moved to keep ride going smoothly, and with integrity.
We encourage guests to book bikes within their pass package’s expiry dates. It is important to note that you can only book classes within the expiry date of your purchased pass package. For example, if your pass package expires on January 1st, you cannot book classes beyond January 1st. This is to avoid guests from booking past their pass package’s expiry dates, cancelling their bookings and having their passes disappear from their accounts (and not refunded).
Are rides transferable between branches?
Yes. Passes are valid across all PERIGON studios.
My selected class is full. What do I do?
You can join the Waitlist – the earlier you join, the better your chances of getting a spot. If you do not get into class, the class credit will be returned to your account. Please remember to cancel your waitlist request if you no longer wish to attend class.
What is your cancellation policy?
Change of plans? Don't sweat it (no pun intended). You must cancel through the PERIGON website or app by logging into your PERIGON account (go to the class and cancel). Just make sure to cancel at least 12 hours before class to receive a the pass back onto your account. Otherwise, classes cancelled after the 12-hour window, will be considered late cancellations and charged as if attended. You may also be automatically added into a class from the waitlist, so please make sure to cancel your spot on the waitlist if you no longer plan to attend class.
Can I buy a pass and then give it as a gift?
Not at the moment. You cannot sell or transfer your pass(es) to someone else.
What is the maximum number of bikes I can book for?
Excluding the First-Timer Pack, you can book up to five (5) bikes in any class given that you have sufficient passes in your account (when you purchase 5-Pass packs or bigger).
I can't seem to see your rates? Where can I see them?
When do the expiration on PERIGON passes kick in?
Expiration on PERIGON passes kicks in upon purchase.

Yes. Make sure to clear it first with your doctor and let our Instructors know before class.
Can I take a class if I'm pregnant?
Yes. We recommend you check with your doctor before and let your Instructor know you're riding for two.
How often should I attend class?
We recommend up to 3-4 classes a week to see maximum benefit. Always listen to your body and leave at least one day in between classes for your body to recover.
What happens if I lose something at the studio?
PERIGON is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any items that have been left behind will be held in the lost and found for two weeks, at which point they will be donated.
Do you accept payment via direct deposit?
Yes. We accept direct deposit — email us at firstname.lastname@example.org tell us which package you would like to get, then we’ll send you information on how to proceed.
Do you offer private classes and corporate packages?
Yes, please contact email@example.com for more information.
What is your doggo policy?
We are a dog-friendly studio and absolutely love having pups hanging around. HOWEVER, it is not our responsibility to take care of your dog if they’re disrupting the class. If your pup isn't able to chill quietly, it is your responsibility to calm your pup, and if need be, leave the class. We are also not liable for anything your dog may eat, chew, bite, lick, smell, etc. while they are here. Please be aware of these things before bringing them into the space.
